S&M Auto Parts Miller Import Parts Mark the Owner sent wrong part, and wont refund Kannapolis, NC 28083, North Carolina

On 4/27 I contacted Mark and arranged to purchase an airflow meter for a 1995 240SX. It was supposed to be overnighted to my customer via UPS. Well that was the beginning of the nightmare in dealing with this guy/company. Instead of shipping UPS, they decided it was cheaper for them to ship the part USPS, and in doing so it took 5 days for the part to reach my customer. Well that wouldn't have been so bad as my customer still needed the part. As it turns out, the part was incorrect, totally wrong. In fact it wasn't even for a 240SX, it was some European model I had never heard of. Let me add I have been selling used parts for over 30 years. Initially I called to complain about the shipping time, thats when I was told about shipping USPS, not UPS. I now wanted the cost of the expedited shipping refunded, and they did do that. Also it turns out this part didnt even come from a wrecked car they had on the lot, it was purchased from an individual that claimed it was from the model, 1995 240SX, and instead of checking to make sure it was correct, they just inventoried it. Also in talking to Mark, who supposedly is the owner, they had just bought the business literally a couple of months before. That made sense as he obviously did not know what he was doing, as evidenced by not only shipping USPS, but not checking to make sure the part was what it was supposed to be. So after finding out the part was wrong i called Mark back and was told that instead of him paying for the part to be returned, just throw it away. After all it would not fit anything in this country anyway. Well fine I had to purchase another airflow and told my customer to throw it away. Well almost a month goes by with no refund, and when my bookkeeper called inquiring about it, Mark says he changed his mind and he wanted US to send the part back. Obviously this was not possible. So BUYER BEWARE, this company has no clue what they are doing and will RIP YOU OFF!
