Safe National of America Itouch Freezes "WASTE" St. Petersburg, Florida

So much for all the crap. Safe National of America sells
them and they make people believe how good they are with their insistent sales
clerk and overly enthusiastic attendants. I bought an I touch and not a few
months later I’ve had huge problems about it. It freezes every time. I have yet
to constantly reset. I cannot use some of my apps. Another thing is that, the
battery dies out easily. Not an hour and the power is out. I’ve been really patient about it but it
seemed I’m losing it already. So I’ve checked it with the store and motioned a
request for replacement. I was totally disappointed when they said they’d have
to review my case. Hello?? Is it another crap they’re playing? I have yet to
wait for another few more days before I get to know the verdict. It all seemed
unfair because clearly it was their fault; the product is just dysfunctional,
so to speak. Not a scratch if they suggest I could have dropped it or whatever.
It’s obvious; they’re just trying to formulate a way to get themselves out of
this at the expense of the customer’s dissatisfaction. For what that crap is
worth, I should just get my money back and leave.
