So far, I've never had bad experiences with Safe National America until last week. I bought a software about 8 days ago, that was a Musix Maker Software. I wasn't able to check whether it's functioning or not because you woudn't really expect the latter right. You always think that they work well, considering that it's new. So when I should finally get to test it, I've notice there were some fine scratches that are hardly visible to the naked eye. It appeared to me that it isn't new. When I mounted the disc on the player, it didn't budge. Unbelievable! The package looks new, the disc also looks new actually, you wouldn't realize if you're not that meticulous on things but I did and so I called the company and they denied me of an explanation. They just said they'd replace it next week. They're unbelievable. Up until now I'm still furious.
