Safe National of America Shipping from other Branch is Hilarious St. Petersburg, Florida

I am from St. Petersburg and I ordered a product from Safe National America. It basically took them two weeks to deliver it? I ordered that product because it was highly needed at that time and they promised me that it will be delivered the next day, which turned out to be next week. I have called them a million times inquiring about the product. And I can't even cancel it because they said that the product is on its way to me. I asked them how can it take so long since we are just in the same city, and they informed me that the product came from Nevada since it was there I ordered it from? What?? I am from this city, why would I order from a branch outside my city when there is one in mine? Since it was pointless arguing to them, I just waited for my no useless product and hope that someday there will be some use of it.
