Safer Wholesale Great Sports Inc would not replace or fix damaged item that I received Internet

I ordered a 50cc (pink camo) 4 wheeler for my daughter. when it arrived it was damaged. the weld on the tail light was broken and there were scratches everywhere on it. I called the company right away (it is still int he shipping container), they said to take pictures and to email the customer service department. Did that, no response So I guess I am stuck with a $700 damaged 4 wheeler that was a gift for my daughter. The customer service for this company is awful. i would recommend to never use them. I am just sorry I did not see this postings before it was purchased.

Oh yeah customer service sucks call and they say well we just sell the product have to call this number if something wrong with product. Then you call and if your lucky they will send you the part a month later. They also say 10-15 business days for delivery and you get your product over a month later. I bought a wind generator that show in picture and detail comes with charger controller box that allows you to hook solar panels up to system if you want. Then when did not get charger controller box they said well it doesn't come with one the add needs to be updated. I said well thats false advertisement and they say well we built it into the wind turbine. Well that called a rectifier and not a controller box that lets you hook other systems up to the system. Good luck getting anything out of this company.
