Here's the real truth about probably the ultimate sleezeball scumbag to ever walk the face of the planet- Christopher A Murphy, and his joke of a team canvasers. These jackass sleezebags use deceptive and highly pressured sales tatics on a defective and worthless product that they won't even service. It dosen't matter how often you call, or how many times you ask for repairs. I went through three of their joke panels in my old house before I called them and told em' come get the piece of crap. The sensors don't work, the panel always beeps for no reason and that stupid blue light is beyond annoying. But equipment aside, the real problem here is the douchbags ethics, morals and character. I didn't listen to my neighbor when he warned me about this schmuck, and went against my gut when my wife asked for this system. We listened to that stupid sales p**** insted, and got that. Call after call I asked for this to be fixed. Nothing. Now keep in mind I was in beautiful Mobile AL for some time, so I wasn't THAT d*** far for the jackass to come fix his joke of a system. And when they did send someone, I got a rude jerk with somekind of a hillbilly accent and no tact that was in and out in 2 minutes, didn't bother to answer questions, and sped off in his silver box he called a truck. That was the last i got for help. That's just the service part of my beef with these morons. Now here's some truth too. I checked out what some people were saying about this douchebag, and here's what I heard. 1) he rips off and steals from his employees. Yeah, he dicks with their checks and lies repeatedly. 2) the moron treats women like their toys. When he's used abused and screwed them and finishes, he just casts them out like trash. 3) every word (And I mean every d*** word) he says is a frakin lie. Bottom line, Don't trust this company for ANYTHING. I'm glad we moved. Check out the reports about him stealing other companys turf and such. You'll see. When the wife and I moved here to NC, we decided to try and others, stay away from these sleezeballs in the florida panhandle and whatever you do- don't do any kind of buisness with that scumbag. It's not worth the time, headaches or money you'll spend just to get away from it. If they show up, ask for their permit, and when they fail to show one call the effin police. If you see that sleezeball murphy directly, just call the d*** cops. That loser needs to spend a few months being bubbas b****. That's all he deserves.

I am Chris Murphy, office number 866-374-9408. Please refer to the Ripoff Report, where this same exact complaint is also listed. In my response there, I point out that this "customer" is an anonymous poster, which leads one to believe that he is either lying or is a competitor. My company STILL is waiting to hear back from this so-called customer, and still there has been no response. This is NOT a real complaint...if it was real, then this "customer" could have gone to the Better Business Bureau and filed a LEGITIMATE COMPLAINT. The BBB would have required me to respond, or lose my EXCELLENT RATING!!
The problem is, the BBB does not ALLOW anonymous complaints, so this so called client could not post this BS there.
I am a small business owner. I am aware that sometimes we will make a mistake. But...my company has an outstanding customer service record, and I stand by my response on Ripoff Report to this slanderous, libelous, vicious, ANONYMOUS attack.
If this is a true account from a real customer, why is it anonymous?
I once again invite the author of this complaint to come forward, make himself known to everyone. Of course, I have been waiting for months for that to happen!
Directly now...You are either a former client who did not want to pay your bill, and are angry with MY COMPANY because you were ecpected to keep YOUR PROMISE to pay, and you know that you are lying here and want to remain anonymous so that I do not sue you for every dime you have...OR...You are a competitor, much more likely, and you must hide because what you are doing here is illegal.
Either way, to my future clients, please see this for what it is, and judge us by our ACTUAL VERIFIABLE history, and by your own dealings with us.

We are licensed, permitted, and clearwd in every city and state in which we work. This libelous accusation that we are not is a lie. Please do call and verify whenever you meet us at your door. My reps are trained, background checked and licensed by each state that they work in, and we have an excellent reputation with all of the local and state law enforcement agencies that come into contact with us.
As far as my personal life and how I pay my employees...absolutely untrue and unfounded slander. What does that have to do with anything?!? I am BEGGING for this person to come forward, please. If ANY OF THIS can be shown true, I will pay any company you choose to install the finest alarm available and I will pay your monitoring, I will close my business, and apologize to you publicly.
But you won't come forward, because you know that I will have you in court answering for your lies.
Future clients, this is probably a competitor at another local alarm company. Ease see this for what it is.
