Well First we started off with a 15 day trial and then at the end the Josh Leavy told me that he would give me another thirty days if I signed up for a three month trial and I told him that I didn't want to locked in and he said no you still have your trial time to change your mind. Well i could never get ahold of him or anyone else to answer any questions during this period, so when the trial came to an end it was no surprise I couldn't get a hold of this SCUM BAG Josh Leavy. So my suggestion is don't waste your time with these idiots. ZOHO.com is half the price and does the same thing.

the same thing happened to me and my company. I have been in business for over 20 years and I assure you it is not by screwing people or not paying folks. the same guy Josh was our salesman and told me about the same thing. Said I needed to sign to lock in the price but still had time to try it out. all of a sudden he is no longer my rep. Folks if you are considering Salesforce.com DO NOT USE THEM. They are crooks and will not listen to the circumstance of how one of their agents acted and misrepresented the company.
