The owner tried a color on my roots that made it orange and brassy-when I left word that I was not happy she left a voice mail stating that she would FIX it. I couldn't come in that week being a CPA with my own business so we kept it for 2/21/13. She had her salon even confirm on 2/20/13 that I was coming on 2/21 at 12:30. I go there and she refused to fix my hair which costs 150.00 after she said she would in a vm. She says she thought about it, did not like that what I had to say to her about feeling like she was jipping me out of money for hair that was orange roots and she that she desired to tell me on the day of my appointment that she was NOT going to do it. I lost almost 3 hours of work time and being a CPA that is a lot and gas to her place which is 20 minutes away. She never called. She said she thought it was better if I evidently lose work hours and see her so she can reneg on fixing my hair like she stated. She then doesn't reimburse the 150.00 I had to pay her. She's a conartist.
