Sandos Hotels Be careful to deal with this timeshare agents.. Orlando Florida

This is my experience and my intention to warn other people to be very careful to deal with this travel company named Sandos Hotels in Orlando, Florida.
First, when I talked to sales people on the phone to book my All Inclussive Cancun Vacation in March 2009 for a specific date and hotes I was told the price for that package included everything and there is no extra charge or any fees, peak time charges whatsoever(not taped). Then they bring another person on line for payment and read fast and tape the conversation and tied you up with some different terms and certain extra fees. The fees are non refundable so now hooked up and they suck you up. When they read fast one should pay attention and be very careful, you should stop and ask questions. Once they get money they hook you up with someone else in different company and now they start suck you up. Also, once you pay they won't answer your call and keep waiting for almost 20-40 minutes. It was a nightmare to deal with these people. The hotels rooms were not great and also the people at front desk at Sunset Royal were not cooperative and rude. When we requested to change the room they lied and said there is no vacancies and we could see there were not much people around all the time. In short, Never ever deal with this company unless you want to ruin your vacation. This is not reputed professional type company. Dak

Royal Elite has the worst customer service ever known.. a timeshare membership shouldn’t being sold for the purpose of renting it out for a profit. it is not an investment. you should be able to do a research about the company before signing, if you are not allow to take a couple days to consider a purchase as big as a timeshare membership, you shouldn’t purchase it at all. This is another forum with more complaints made to Royal Elite timeshare sales tactics, we are not the only ones.. this needs to stop:
