santa-claus.com Santa letters - unreliable, no communication and huge disappointment Internet

Thoroughly disappointed with - I ordered a letter from Santa through this website on December 12th.. it did not arrive until January 14th. Now, whether this was 's error or the post office's error.. I do not know, but the fact is, the company is pretty much non-existent when it comes to receiving help. There is no FAQ on their website regarding "missing letters" or their refund policy if letters never arrive (or arrive significantly late, as in our case). When you try to call the number, it tells you that they are not accepting calls at this time and refers you to the website for help - you can not leave a message on the phone number. When you email, you get an automatic response saying that the email will be ignored, check their FAQ section. When you go to the FAQ section, you get another email address to send your email too (to a "Nancy") - I sent a total of 5 emails to this individual - 2 before Christmas, and 3 after.. all went ignored and unanswered.
Do not order your letter through this website - They are very unprofessional and have no communication.. there is nothing more disappointing than not receiving a letter from Santa for your child.. and the company did nothing to remedy the situation and to this date (a month after I first contacted them) - they have yet to contact me back. Do not trust this company.. go elsewhere!
