For those who have had there loans bought out by Santander consumers beware. I believe this company is a predatory lender. Back in Sept 2011 i have paid the full amount on my 2000 Chrysler 300M. Once i made the 60th payment i had gotten an attorney because santander claimed that i still them money which i really don't. It has been on going fight with them since 2010 when i notice my account was not right. These people harassed me when i made payment arrangements. They disrespected my family when we had loss our mom in July this year. This company had stress me out so bad i have not been feeling well at all. It took them almost whole year since to finally someone submitted my complaint about my loan to Office of Presidents. Once it was submitted my Lawyer contacted the company and sent in all the information they needed and since this was a legal matter. This sneaky company came and repo my car. So when my attorney contacted them about taking the car the person who he spoke claimed they did not have none of his information in the system so the person tells him if he is my attorney they want to him to fax the information. Once they received then all of sudden now they wanted to pass him off to another dept. So now im am carless because of these idiots but they also are being investigated by the banking comission as well. One way or another i will have victory on what they have done. If your contract you intrest fees included with your loan u have taken out becareful and look at your account the way they deducting your money is incorrect. what they do is the deduct from the purchase price of your car without your intrest this how they are robbing people. Also question your payment terms with them. I have a 60 payment terms and they had it for 70pymt term which is incorrect. I strongly suggest you file a complaint with better business bureau and the banking commission so this company can be investigated. If any does do a Class Action Lawsuit im in.
