Save the Auto/Iron Clad Completely Ripped me OFF DeerField Beach, Florida

Let's see my husband and I were going through a rough time. I just lost my job, we have three children, a mortgage, two car payments and Christmas was around the corner, we were desperate for some relief. This company calls and they sound like a dream come true...so we cut a deal with them and paid them our money...which in order to pay them we skipped a car payment...not the smartest but they ensured us we would have that money back regardless of whether the refinanced or not because they would give a 100% refund. Well as we all know they did no such thing. I sent the refund paperwork back to them and they said they didn't receive it, so I then sent it out to them certified and they said well you passed the 10 day mark even though my paperwork was there within 9 days. I am furious a company can get away with ripping people off and there is nothing we can do about it to get our money back. If we wanted to get our money back we would have to pay a lawyer and all of the court fees and in the end it's just not worth it.
