Save your time & money and go somewhere else! Law offices of Vincent Ndukwe is by far the worse decision I have ever made! When I filed to get a divorce with this atty. I was told the best thing for me to do is file as if it would be contested to cover my bases, if it wasnt contested I would be refunded the difference, it wasnt and they didnt! All through this process I could never get him on the phone, when I did call it was always "hes not here" or "he will get back to me soon", never happened. Well the day finally came to go to court as my soon to be ex never responded to his papers when he was suppose to and that part was done,well in my divorce I also had stated I wanted my QDRO done and that was also paid for. A month goes by and I call to see what has been done with this and I got the standard answer......"we will get to you soon" After weeks and finally monthes of this a woman from the office calls and tells me that no one even knew i wanted the QDRO done! i said really why would I get half of a 401k awarded me in the divorce and NOT want to get the money??! I told her that was the most ridiculous thing I ever heard and it was put on my papers when I first came in that I wanted it done. She said o.k. and that she would look into it and let me know. As you can guess several weeks go by of me calling and then months until one day the woman calls me and informs me that they want more money to finish the job and by the way they cant find my paper work all in one breath! WOW!, really you cant start work on my QDRO because you cant find my paper work but you want me to give you more money???!!! Needless to say, I found a real lawyer to finish the job and do you know they still havent found my paper work to start my QDRO??? Whatever you do, DONT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!! you are just setting your self up for a big let down!!!
