savemore.com savemoredaily charged but can't redeem for 10 days. tried to redeem, website down. dallas, Texas

saw deal on dealcatcher.com on top deals for day - $25 gift card from barnes & noble for $15 on savemore.com. when to deal through link dealcatcher.com. purchased deal on savemore.com on 12/3 for one $25 barnes & noble giftcard for $15. needed to register as user and received email that confirmed new registration and purchase. deal was not fully explained. did not realize that purchase could not be "redeemed" until 12/12 at 12 noon cst. that meant that they charged by credit card but could not register to get card sent out to me until 12/12 - 10 days later. continually checked savemore.com to see my deal and see if anything was changed. tried to access website on 12/12 and website/url could not be found! website is either down or just plain gone! posted to their facebook page - no response. emailed - no response. prior to 12/12, deal was still "on" and website displayed that over 29,000 people had bought the deal. if so, that means that savemore had $15 from over 29,000 people - approximately $450,000 for this deal alone without giving out anything to customers! numerous complaints on other websites. they erase all comments on their facebook wall. sent complaint to attorney general in texas. they need to be investigated. other customers discovered following: savemore.com is owned by Credit Solutions of America and Lending.com - Credit Solutions has pending lawsuits in several states and Lending.com had several federal tax liens filed against them this summer. savemore.com is another manifestation of scam machine that has morphed to take advantage of groupon phenomena - looks legit and known business model. but takes money, holding onto to it and putting up obstacles to effectively never pay out purchase.
