First of all this guy is lying, I know this guy for 4 or 5 years he would call me frequently to see me. One day that I had a date with him he waited all night for me I was busy and did tell him I would go after, After was then early morning hours, by then I was extremely exhausted. I called him & I was very apologetic and embarrassed for having him wait for me and now was calling to tell him I couldn't make it. I explained that I was so sleepy and I would not be able to drive, I was scared of falling asleep since I had been up all night.
He insisted and I since I didn't go he started posting bad things in different sites.

He never even stood at a Standard Hotel, and certainly not the one in Downtown La, this guy usually is staying at different Hotels in the Orange County area and never a type of Hotel like the Standard, he wouldn't be able to afford it. In the complaint he submit with your site has a date of 05/05/11 he claims the Standard Hotel in LA and that a Police Report was filled for a Rolex watch and his wallet, WHY IS IT THAT THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY SEARCH OF THE FACTS AND CHECKED IF SUCH POLICE REPORT HAS EVER EXIST, He claims he stayed at the Standard Hotel he even gives a date, I bet he has never been a guest of the hotel, or if the Police Department was to be asked to look for such report, they would say there's nothing. A ROLEX? "HOW MUCH IS IT? THAT'S AT LEAST $10,000 dollars, THAT WOULD BE GRAND THEFT" I WOULD THINK THERE WOULD BE AN IMMEDIATE ARREST, and the GOOD THING IS THAT STANDARD HOTEL HAS MANY CAMERAS SO I would be in THE CAMERAS, EVEN IF ITS JUST ME ENTERING THE HOTEL, I would think that would place at the scene and that would be an immediate arrest..... BUT THE REAL STORY IS I WAS NEVER THERE, I NEVER STOLD ANYTHING, AND NO SUCH POLICE REPORT WOULD EVER BE FOUND BECAUSE IT DOES NOT EXIST.

This guy post adds on different sites using my picture and personal information, The adds are posted as if I posted them. I don't know what to do with his constant harassment, It started beginning of June 2011- and almost every day after, Just this morning (9/25/11) He post almost every day maybe just taking one day off and if I'm lucky he takes two days off and don't post.. I seriously feel as if I'm going to get a hard attack, I feel great sadness that somebody could be able to just say lies and be successful with hurting and just trashing my reputation.

I WILL PASTE ON THE BOTTOM OF THIS PARAGRAPH A Complaint that I had submit for IC3 internet Cyber Crime, on that copy of the complaint are copies of other adds that I keep saying. I would prefer to have somebody call me and that way I could explain all that this person has done on the internet with my
name and reputation. I hope somebody actually looks into this and corrects it.

There are adds on several sites that I did not post, they started approximately June 6, some off the post include my full real name and phone number. The person post on Craigslist.com , backpage.com ,freepostsite.com the adds are being posted a minimum of twice a week or even up to 3 times per week. Different categories in "sale of a car",(PERSONALS) women seeking men,Jobs, that I'm hiring a driver, free stuff, and posting false accusations to ruin my reputation with my full complete name including my telephone number. the person has begun again with posting of sale of cars with my phone number, he posted in the personals section of craigslist that I will exchange sex for drugs with my picture and phone number. His name is Edwin Rivas, It stopped when I first filled the complaint and I thought thats why it had stopped but I was wrong. This past FRIDAY 09/09/11, SATURDAY 09/10/11, AND SUNDAY 09/11/11,started again. I have to have my phone off because the phone wont stop ringing at all hours and text are just non stop. Please help me, honestly it's going to cause me a hard attack.
