Schuelke Plumbing Beware of bait and switch , Internet

Schuelke Plumbing stated $68.00 drain cleaning (call for info) I called and was told I would be called right back. They never did. Called again same thing. called again and got hung up on. Sent e-mail....no reply. simple clogged drain but now it is 2hrs later decided to try in the morning. Overnight tub flooded house. Called and was told they dont service my area. Transfered to Gary Schuelke who said he does do our area. That I could not have called or he would have returned my call. Then he said he will not clean my drain for the advertised price but he will be glad to charge me more to clean up the flood that was due to them not responding in a timely manner last night. Gary went on to explain to me that there is no problem with hanging up on me and not calling as promised and the only issue with his customer.

I reminded him the customer is always right and being unprofessional and rude is just as bad as not returning calls as promised or honoring an advertised price or promising 24 hr and weekend service when you need it most and then not calling back at all.

Mr Rooter (888) 401-4586 does answer the phone and does honor there advertised price. Please remind Gary that if he does not take care of his customers his competitor will.
