I had a small debt to recover and signed up for a debt collection using their online form. 3 months after lodging a debt and receiving zero communication from the score debt collection, i was sent an invoice for $44 to pay for a service which i had not received. After contacting the company i was threatened to have a default applied to my credit rating and sued for legal costs. After speaking with the owner who was incredibly arrogant and extremely rude i was issued with an invoice for $110 and still not provided with the service that i had asked for. I would never recommend score debt collection to anybody, this has been the worst level of customer service i have ever experienced. Turns out i am not the only customer that has had the same experience with this company. Extremely poor communication, shocking customer service.
