Scott ordered and was delivered over 350,000 email addresses on January 25,2011. He agreed to pay via credit card upon receipt. He never paid and I caught him sending the emails for himself and other Companies - which did not agree to purchase the lists. He disseminated the emails to his other Nebraska Friends and Outfitters. WhenI asked him, on February 4th 2011,why he was using the data, did not pay, and shared the data with other companies, he wrote:


"Do not continue to email me with requests or call."


This is theft by taking and Theft of Intellectual Property. I have already called the Lincoln, NE. Police and will update.

Scott Croner is well known to be a fraud. You should of done a Google search before you turned over the emails.

WOW! I wish I would have researched Scott Croner before I gave him a $1, 000 deposit for a hunt. He kept the money and cancelled my hunt. I am in the processof pressing fraud charges.
