Securitas Lied, ignored, favoritism, treated unfairly, contract with employees broken, loss of vacation time and PTO's, Internet

The security company I use to work for, lost their contract with a client. The client decided to go with Securitas. The Branch Manager at the time sat down with the security guards and told us that everything was going to be "grandfathered" in. Nothing was going to change. Now we have a new branch manager, and everything has changed. We get our vacation pay on our anniversary date with Securitas. I work 50 hours a week, and my vacation pay will be for 32 hours.

I usually take the last week of December off, because the lobby where I work is closed, and no body likes to work in the lobby because of all the responsibilities. Now, I have to wait 2 years before I can take a vacation. Securitas took over the contract on May 1,2010. Welost our PTO's ( Personal Time Off) reduced from2 or more weeks of vacation to 4 days of vacation. Our rate of pay is the only thing that has remained the same.

I can't believe this company is still active. We have been lied to, ignored, and ripped off on our pay. My training was during one of my regular working days and I was not paid for it. They messed up on my fingerprints and I had to pay $10 to have them redone and missed 3 hours of work, which they did reimburse me for, 4 weeks later, but was not reimbursed for the fingerprints. This is a pathetic company and it needs to be shut down!!!!!!!!!!!

The person that they have in charge of us here, breaksa majority of the policies and procedures. When we report this, they turn a deaf ear to us.
