My friend and I, whom are exchange students from Romania, we went to S.E.G for security services. They reffered us to a training and we've recieved work after training. They are really professional. I highly recommend them |

I find it very suspicious that when they place a classified ad in a newspaper, they don't mention their company name, only the name of an indiviual "officer". I find it suspicious that they have no business cards to give out or on display at their office. I find it suspicious that their company name is not displayed anywhere in their office except on their simplified application, nor on their door or any plaque on the wall when you exit the elevator. I find it suspicious that the guards in the main lobby of the building have no idea what the name of the company is on floor 12, suite 1202. I find it very suspicious that when you ask the name of the company, an employee there becomes very combative and defensive and follows you out of the building to observe you and confront you further. I also find it very suspicious that they never call you back when they said they would, after you infer that you will not be giving them $300 for a training course and why they would tell you that you could take the course for free elsewhere but would have to wait on a 3 month waiting list to get trained. This is a very weird experience, not to mention you can be in the waiting room for 2 hours beyond your scheduled appointment waiting to be called. I think you have to be very young or very naive not to reallize that something smells fishy about these things. |

I went to them in June 2012 and yes I did receive training I paid $299.00, afterward I found out that the training should only cost $45.00 so I was robbed. No one at SEG gives out their first name. They sent me to a place for work I filled out an application and after speaking to other applicants, I found out that they got the job info lead from the internet. I contacted a media outlet and they said that they are interested in investigating and doing a piece on scammers like Security Elite Group who take advantage of the desperate unemployed. |
