I PAID MR. LANDIS $2,500 INITIAL PAYMENT PLUS $350 A MONTH FOR 12 MONTHS. ON THE 12 MONTH I CALLED THE FTB AND IRS DIRECTLY TO FIND OUT WHY MY CASE WAS NOT SETTLED. I WAS INFORMED BY BOTH AGENCIES, THE ONLY PAPER WORK THEY RECEIVED FROM MR. LANDI'S OFFICE WAS A POWER OF ATTORNEY. I SENT MR. LANDI'S OFFICE HUNDREDS OF DOCUMENTS AND TAX RETURNS TO FORWARD TO THE IRS AND FTB AND ACCORDING TO THE FTB AND IRS THEY WERE NOT RECEIVED. I ASK MR. LANDIS TO HONOR THE GUARANTEE THAT HE GAVE ME IN WRITING. HE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ! I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK IN WRITING THREE TIMES. MY REQUESTS WERE IGNORED. I PAID A TOTAL OF $7050 FOR SOMEONE TO FILE A POWER OF ATTORNEY !! AFTER I FOUND OUT THEY DID NOTHING FOR 12 MONTHS, I HANDLED THE ISSUES WITH FTB AND IRS MY SELF. BWARE! DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF.
