I owed a couple bills lost my job was unable to pay these debts. They sent me a letter adding on about $500.00 on top of what I owedabout $1300.00, which were about three different bills some as low as $50.00 combined into one lump sum. Originally about $800.00 owed. Kept getting threatening notices saying they were going to sue me garnish my wages take me to court blah blah blah the usual. Well one day I get a call from family at my house that I was served a summons to appear in court for this amount owed. First of all they didn't serve me the court documents they served my family member some carrier from what I am told was scared to death shaking ran off. We'll I called these junk collector and requested documentation explaining exactly what I owned. And these people supposedly they have there own law firm and attorneys in the same building transffered me over there was getting no where with these people real agressive junk collectors. So then I had about three months till I would have to be sent to court and forced to pay this debt. Well to sentry credits surprise I was days away from filing bankruptcy when I was served. So I sped up the processor and all I had to do was file it in the federal bankruptcy and then contact this puke/scum notified them that if they make anymore attempts to collect this dead that I would sue them for alot more money then they are seeking from me. They wanted proof of bankruptcy so I gave them my bankruptcy case number they are so way linked able to check these to see if true or false we'll they found out I wasn't joking they started being real pleasant acting all nice and blah blah blah. This people never did contact me again LoL In all of the drama and bs these people tried to do too profit off of me turns out these people lost money lets see legal fees such as filing fee lawyer fee ect.... These people are not very smart Looks like I got the last laugh SCUM. Advice to people dealing with this trash If you owe alot of money not working can't pay your bill it only cost 299.00 to file you bankruptcy don't contact a lawyer find some that will prepare these documents for you will be much cheaper From the date you file bankruptcy chapter 7 these people have to immediately cease and dist all written verbal communications this people think were dumb they think they can run us over. LETS SHOW THIS SCUM WHAT WERE MADE OF!!!!!!!!!!!
