this is the worst chop shop (collection agency) i have ever dealt with. I CALLED THEM TO PAY MY DEBT. i set up a one time draft to pay my balance off in full and this "Ron Allen" took the fund from my bank account well before the date i authorized.. when i called and asked why he said "CUS I DONT LIKE YOU!" then denied me my balance paid letter... if you unfortunate to have a account placed here i would make sure you record your call . THIS IS THE WEB SITE TO REPORT HIS VIOLATIONS OF THE FDCPA http://www.ftc.gov/complaint THIS IS NOT THE FRIST OR LAST TIME THIS "MR. ALLEN" HAS DONE THIS ....TAKE THE TIME AND REPORT BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE !!!!!! IT ONLY TAKES 3 MINS

I feel sad for ya', but why on earth did you trust anyone from a collection agency to wait until a 'specific date' to withdraw the funds? As much as I shudder at the horror stories of these dirtbags who stoop low to collect funds, there are equally as many people who stoop low to dodge payments. Common sense tells me that if I was goin to collect a payment from anyone, and they gave me said draft authorization, I would get the money ASAP as well. Mainly, that is because they have the chance to collect 'now', and you (anyone) could remove said funds later. You should have made that payment on your own when you decided you wanted it paid. But I feel for you when you were trying to make it right... Not everyone is as upstanding.
