Went to Pumpkin Festival in Manteca, Ca October 2 2011. Decided to buy dual recliner from Serenity Swings - Comfort Solutions Inc. Thought all was well until we couldn't get hold of Alan Westphal. After reaching him finally we were told his truck had been stolen and he would have to go back to Idado to pick up more stock. Future calls had all the excuses in the world as to why he couldn't deliver product or you couldn't get through to his cell 208 860 7168. Calling 1800 8011133 number was useless inbox full so couldn't leave message. This man is a fraud and needs to be caught and sent to jail. Has been to festivals throughout CA, NV, Oregon selling this product and making mega dollars and scamming people all the way. Please anyone else who has been scammed write a report and try to get this man off the streets.

The same thing happened to us at the Canyon county home show in Nampa Idaho. The business address is a shipping store.

Mr. Westphal has also "hit" the Phoenix home show April 2011; took the money, promised a Dual Recliner in May, with the same results: no product delivered. Among his excuses for "delay in delivery" -- took ill due to record high temperatures in Phoenix, truck broke down (twice); wallet with credit cards stolen. Cell phone number no longer works. 800-number voicemail box is full.
