never delivered product.

I'm out $3000.00. Ordered both the dual swing and recliner six months ago. They also said their trailer was stolen and yadayadayada. Called numerous times with excuses offered and then finally they stopped answering or returning calls. I have an attorney involved and would appreciate any information on alan and marielle westphal ( the owners of the company). My wife had just passed away from cancer when I decided to purchase these. Had seem them for years prior at the homeshow here in auburn. Thought they were legitimate. Alan had said his wife too had cancer. Think he lied about this as well as everything else. Shame on them for this behavior. Hope the law catches up with them.

The same thing happened to us at the Canyon county home show in Nampa Idaho. The business address is a shipping store.

we bought a double swing at the art and wine festival in laffette, CA on sept and got the same story of the stolen trailer, and a 1000 other excuses. we are out $13, 000

Comfort Solutions never paid their booth fee at the 2011 Spring Beer & Wine Fest. Alan Westphal came in at the last minute and we have had nothing but excusses and lies as to why the check never arrived.

same thing happened to me, product never delievered. Many phone calls and e-mails have gone unanswered. Got one phone call to deliver the swing, but I was not home . Another promise was made Thanksgiving weekend to call to delivery on Monday after Thanksgiving, you guessed it no call back. More unanswered phone calls and now the phone has been disconnected. Alan told me the warehouse for the swings is located in Sacramento, I even offered to go pick it up and set it up myself. No answer.
Alan was at the State Fair in Sacramento, wonder if the last Aug./Sep 2011. I contacted the orgainizer of this event and they gave me another number to call, you guessed it no return calls from that number either.
Hope we all get our money back!!!

Hello, I also was screwed out of $1, 300.00 from Alan. If you have any information on him to help me in my case as well I would appreciate it. I worked for him under the table so I was fairly close with him but at the same time received the reach around as well. Let's take this guy down and get some justice.
