This is solely a comment. I received the offer that everyone receives. However, when someone does not require a Social Security Number for taxes, that is a "Red Flag". Not that I would just provide this information to everyone! Basically, you are working as a 1099 contractor. Thusly, they need this information. As far as driving people and opening and closing packages, all with strangers, I think not!

Respectfully,

The company is not a tenant of the building they claim to be in. The guy Chris was pushing my wife for info and said their were more projects and he really needed her to do this Western Union for this Russian Artist. My wife did two projects (research presentations) for this guy before he pulled the Western Union card. I am not going to lie its really smart, slow developing, well thought out scam. I also researched (and anyone should before they work with a company they never heard of) is their states Secretary of State Business Division. Most states have databases online where you can find out the owners name and other public information on the company, needless to say this company is not registered. Its a phishing/money laundering scam and this guy needs to be caught and beat down. My banks fraud department is away, my wife is calling Career Builder and Jobs.com to make sure they are aware.

Thank you all so much for the info. I received two emails and they seem so legitimate! They seem to have a legit website. This is a well thought out scam. I'm sure many will be falling victim to this scam but I'm glad because of your posts that I will not to be one of them.

THESE ARE THE TWO EMAIL ADDRESSES THAT SENT THE SCAM:

I am a California certified management consultant [ http://tmackorg.com ] and got an email addressed to [email protected], whatever that address goes to. I replied to the email that I did not know why I received it. Here is part of the reply from our new best friend Chris Smith:
"Hi,
I understand your question. Everything is correct. You have received an invitation because you suit us."
What an interesting concept. I suit them. I don't buy it. But, I will be happy to take the work at my usual rate of $350/hour.

I like to research on company information and to verify whether they're part of the BBB to responding to them. I am an automatic skeptic to begin with anyway. Sometime i would ask them whether they are part of the BBB. If they still cannot answer this simple question, I tell them to go list themselves as a ligitmate company and in the meantime delete my email from their distribution.

I also received an email from a Christopher Smith to register and apply for a part time job in his company. i knew something was not sitting right. A job offer does not come to you that easy. You have to actually know someone from that company or from a direct or indirect referral to apply for that job.

These people and their scams ought to be caught and penalized.

I wasted two weeks of my time looking for a real job to this scam. The guy actually called me. I thought it was

strange that he had a Russian accent and named Christopher Smith. I think its a Russian scam.

Even the so called Russian artist website was real. These guys are good. The scams from Africa i can see a

mile away.

I fell hook line and sinker for this scam. I don't understand why they did this. I really needed the money and it felt really good that I could help someone out. I believe this should be turned over to the government. I don't know what else can be done. Punishment should be that they get a scammed.

This company scammed me! I now owe the bank $9, 700 this is the biggest scam and I fell victim to it. I feel so stupid. Looking back there were so many red flags. I had found out I was pregnant and looking to make a little extra money to save up. It seemed perfect "work from home". I even looked up scams for this company before I filled out the application but nothing came up. Now I'm seeing all these scam reports. So If anyone has any information or someone I can talk to for help please let me know. I filed a case with the FBI and western union. But as of right now the bank wants there money that I dont have. PLEASE HELP!

Thank you very much that you all have post this comments.

Yes, it is truth...Chuck Philips is the name of the person and the company name is
"access to help." Several weeks ago I received the same e-mail with the helping hand services...and then a weeks after I received the same information with the new name "access to help" I was puzzled..
why did they change their name? anyway, fortunately I read all the comment about the "helping hand services" that is scam...so I did not continue...I was safe...
then when I received the access to help...I decided to give it a try and the first assignment was just to search how to import a car from Germany to New York...well that I onlye needed to quote a price and get info form the website and shipping companies...that was o.k.
The second assignment was to contact a Russian artist to replace a little statue

Name: Zhimishkin Y. D.
E-mail: [email protected]
Website: http://www.tfmamont.ru/gallery.html
Phone: +7 (3456)56-11-29

Above the details...ok I sent the email to guy and replyto me that they only accept payment from wester union...I communicated that to Chuck Phillipss...and then he said this:
I just got off the phone with the client in regards to the item. Your additional assistance is required.

Our client tried to pay western union on-line from their corporate account. Western Union advertises it’s possible to submit payments online, but when you try to send more than $1, 000 a day from the account it won’t allow that much. I called western union and they told me you have to do that from any western union office.
Our client told me they spent like an hour trying to do something online, as they are used to do everything from their cash management online and talked to western union customer care but no luck. They need your assistance at this point because it was not possible to send the money online.

So, they want their assistant take care of everything. Since the vendor requires only western union, our client will pay you the money for the item in advance plus your bonus and you will western union vendor. You will be paid additional $300 for that assignment.

First of all, I want you to understand that part-time assistant is not only virtual work from home. You have to work on assignment locally. Assisting with corporate gifting in one of your responsibilities. Our client trusts us because this is our existing client, they have already purchased a lot of stuff using our services.

Normally, you would pay western union with the company card. However, as per the contract, you will get the card only once you qualify your trial period. This is our company policy and we simply cannot provide company cards 1st week and then spend time on checking every expense.

Attached you will find direct deposit form. This is exactly the same as we use for payroll as well.
We expect our client will place deposit of approx.:

- $8, 000 (Item). Shipping will be paid additionally.
- $350 (approx. western union fees – might need to re-confirm with them)
- $300 (Your Bonus)
=======================
Total: $8, 650

In case you can negotiate other payment options with the vendor, so they provide with their bank account – our client will pay them directly. If no – your assistance is needed. It is important to realize that you are not required to take any action until you see the payment in your account. You may keep this account to received future payroll from our company. Let me know if your bank charges some $$$ to set up an account. This amount would be sent together with funds for the item, western union transfer fees your bonus.

Again, there will be no checks. Our client will pay to your account (or the vendor if available) and you will need to work on it only once the money is in your account.

Let me know if you have any questions. There are also other tasks already available, but I want to make sure this one is taken care 1st since this client is important to us.

So the moment they asked me for my account number I just stopped...
This was a huge RED FLAG...and fishing..."money laundry"...

You know what I replied to this guy:

Good Morning,

The Russian vendor said that it was ok to send the money to his account and he provided me with this account number:

441234567 And the following routing number: 98765. Name of the Bank : Bank of Russian.

So your client can send directly the payment to the above bank details.

Have a wonderful day.

LOL... I just made the number myself...
LOL... It would be cool if he get the same answer from everybody ...

I got the same emails as above and now they want my bank acct info too. I even sent them an email saying that they are posted as a scam in google and that I don't feel like being a victim of their scam. It's funny how they are sending the same assignments to everyone. Who do they think they are taking advantage of innocent people that are in need of a real job?! LOSERS GET A LIFE!!!
