If you are currently dealing with these people, please do not give them any "due diligence" fees. Within the last several months they have taken due diligence fees from people ranging from 10k-50k. They will than sign a contract for funding for your company, Once the date for funding is realized, they than disappear. They have now done this with 3 companies in the last 6 months, with 2 almost going out of business due to the lack of funding. They will show you a bank statement from another company claiming they have 100mm in the bank but it is not theirs. They have taken countless due diligence fees from people with not anyone receiving a dime. It's all a scam. It is my understanding that the FBI has been called and they are currently being investigated for numerous illegal activities. If you or your company have be subjected to this companies tactics, I suggest you contact your local authorities and let them know you've been victimized by these fraudsters. These people need to be out of business and hopefully in jail.
