Shareinaframe.com Ordered item 4 months ago, still have not received Marco Island, Florida

On February 17,2011, I placed an order on their website for 1 share of stock in Harley Davidson, as well as a frame for the certificate, and engraving of a personal message. My debit card was charged on 2/19/11 for the full amount, plus an additional charge for express shipping. As of now, 6/08/11, I still have not received the item. It took almost a month for them to respond to my phone calls and emails. Once I finally got a response, there have been nothing but excuses. I was promised a refund, which did not happen. Today I received a response to an email that I sent yesterday asking for a status update. Their response was"Thank you for your order. I will let you know when I receive the item, and will send it to you" It was as though they had no idea what I was referring to, even though I included the entire chain of emails.

I Like to see who this is I at shareinaframe sometimes have a few Problems with a transfer now and then which is totally out of my hands but i do fix it with them that happen like 1 out of 50 transfers if that Iam sure That the Person who wrote this if she would be so kind to call me at my office and give me the info on the stock owner and and other info i would gladly give her money back and i think the stock is all set and in the transfer done she has not called me since she said/he that they did not get a refund mmm i don't think so but i like to help and lets see where it went wrong im sure everything has been done pleas call me asap

I ordered 8 Feb 2011 two shares of Disney. It took many calls and e-mails but finally on 13 Aug 2011 the product was delivered as promised except for the correct picture frames. Gerry responded to all my calls and e-mails in a timely manner. While naturally I'm not extremely happy with my experience Gerry did not scam me or rip me off
