Shell Credit Card Ignores consumer needs and rediculous fees Los Angeles, California

I've been a faithful customer to Shell and I use it everywhere I went and everything I bought. Rarely I forgot to make payments and the late fee is reasonable so I paid it. But the interest charges continues for 2 statements! That is what I don't understand, no matter what Shell said, charges interest charge for 2 statements is not right because I've already paid my late statement on my second statement. This got me so upset, I canceled the Shell card immediately. When I got this month's statement, my rebate is not being deducted, I called and Shell said the rebate had not reached $25 increments and so I cannot redeem it. Shell said the changes were being made in August, but I never receive any notice letter or email about this. Shell refused to send me email notice and insisted on mail. Because I can no longer access my Shell account, I googled and looked up the Citibank Shell card website about this change and found nothing. Shell meant that the notice had been mailed and whether or not I've received it has nothing to do with them, and that the rebate had been forfeited when I canceled my card and there's nothing in my account now, and Shell can do nothing. I feel that Shell credit card company doesn't care about why consumers cancel their cards, they were very happy to assist me when me called in and canceled it. It took me less than 3 minutes to terminate my account. I just want to say I'm very disappointed in Shell, my other card companies never treated me like this. Now I'm over with Shell, and I'll never go back to it. I rather use my Amex True Earnings card.
