Shop4Tech Sent non-compatible ink cartridges. I have to pay to return them and hope I get refund. Chino,Calif, Internet

I just received from Shop4Tech my order of a ten color ink set for my Canon Pro 9500 Mark II printer. They advertise the ink cartridges as compatible and just as good. They will not print at all. I realized they used the same company product ( G&G ) as InkJet Superstore. I just returned 16 to them, and they did pay return shipping. (I don't have the refund yet). I talked to a sales rep and explained what happened, and Shop4tech rep said that their cartridges will work in my printer. When I opened their box, I found the same cartridges that I just returned. I gave those a very good try in different colors etc..but they do not work at all. I suppose they rely on people not returning the product, to make their profit. They require buyer to pay return shipping, regardless of fault. I am sure there are a lot of people like me, but I read so many wonderful reviews about Shop4Tech that I don't have much faith in reviews anymore. Use caution if you deal with these people, they sound wonderful but...........
