Silverton Mail Fraud, Dishonest, Coward, Company address does not match company name Internet

Silverton Mail provides 1080 postage stamps,mailing list and circular. Your job is to copy circular(1080).labels(1080) you need to down load list and mail. You need to purchase envelopes,ink and time. The company gives you a specific amount of time to complete assignment. You go to website when assignment is completed usually 2 weeks. Silverton Mail states you will be paid 15 days after completing assignment. I completed my assignment May 25 and I have not been paid. I called the number listed on website,however that belongs to another business. The person that answered the phone stated others have called. They are using numbers from a strip mall in Riverbank, CA.
