SkiNova Beauty Store - glow2thione Skin Whitener SCAM and scam, Deceptive Advertisement Bangkal, Makati City, Other

This is a scam and here's the scam. I have a friend who ordered glow2thione and now she is out of over $100.00 for a product she cannot use and cannot send back to the seller without losing her entire investment in glow2thione. Glow2thione is sold on line and shipped from the Philippines. If you are not located in or near the Philippines, don't waste your money because if you need to return the product, SKINOVA BEAUTY STORE policy states that you have to get the product back to them within 30 days from the date you placed your order; no matter how long it takes the order to get to you; in order for you to receive a refund. Say you place your order from the US on Oct 1; it takes roughly 19 days for the package to get to the US because SKINOVA BEAUTY STORE sends the package registered mail; meaning it has to be signed by all responsible hands all along the way from the Philippines to the US. Then it takes another 5 to 7 days for the package to get to you at your address within the US. With that time frame, the only way to get the product back to SKINOVA BEAUTY STORE in the Philippines, within the few remaining days, is to send the package back International Express mail which will cost you another 30 or 40 dollars and there is no guarantee it will make it there before the 30-day time limit is up. They know that the chances are extremely good that you won't be able to get the product shipped back to them in time (within 30 days of your original order date) for you to get the refund if you live outside of the Philippines. Therefore they will always win. They get to keep your money and you get something you cannot use and/or something that is detrimental to your health becasue they are deceptive in their on-line advertisements. On top of that, they will charge you another 10% restocking fee; if it ever gets back to SKINOVA BEAUTY STORE in the Philippines. With all of the above mentioned, the most important thing is that the pills have rice flour/powder as a filler. That is a little fact that SKINOVA BEAUTY STORE does not list or advertise on their site as an ingredient. This is another of their deceptions. If you have an allergy to rice flour or rice powder as my friend has, it could kill you. So all around, you keep losing; SKINOVA BEAUTY STORE keeps winning. They have set up their practices to never lose. SKINOVA BEAUTY STORE has poor customer service. After you contact them about not contacting you, they will lie and say "We have already responded to your email. Please check your email carefully. Here is our response:". You check you email messages and there is no such message from them. After that, no matter how many times you send them email messages, they don't reply to you. They have your money; you won't hear from them ever again. I suggested my friend contact [email protected] and asked if she or he, would forego the 30-day return policy so that she could get the product back to them, but kazumi will not reply. Skinova Beauty Store seems to be a fly-by-night operation. If you have a problem with their product, good luck because after they get your money, you never hear from them again. You lose!!!
