SKS Associates deducted 108.12 from ck acct for contract with Northern Leasing that ended several yrs ago New York New York

I received a letter 3/11/11 from SKS Associateds that they had acquired Northern Leasing and that money was owed and would be deducted from my account 3/11/11. This letter was dated 2/28/11 but not received untill 3/11/11. After a phone call (they were rude) I was told it was for taxes NL had not collected and there was nothing I could do.
Checking on line on my banking later that day I found they had deducted the $108.12.
This is a company that has not even exhisted for several years, a contract with Northern Leasing from 2001 with the contract up several years ago and the equipment returned in 2007. Unfortunately due to the time passing I don't think I can located the paper work any more. Not sure what good it would do anyway.
These people are sly because they are keeping the amounts taken low it is not worth it to anyone induvidual to get an attorney to fight it. I have contacted the attorney general and will go to the bank today but not sure it will do much good.
