SKS Associates Leasing Tax Fraud Scheme New York, New York

I also received a letter from SKS stating that they were going to debit my checking account in the amount of $104.34 on 3/16/11 for "certain taxes and related fees" that were not collected from Lease Finance Group, LLC. They had the original lease for the credit card processing equipment, and the lease was closed back in 2007. Isn't there a statute of limitations? As of this date, they have not deducted it yet, but I have called them and contacted my bank. The person with SKS said they would have a supervisor call me, but I have not received a call. I am certainly going to report this to proper authorities, especially after seeing all of the responses on this website. I will dispute the debit when it happens. I will also try following the recommendations given on this website by "DivineJustice". Class Action lawsuit sounds good, I will participate!
