SKS Associates Northern Leasing Unauthorized withdrawal of funds due to their review of 10 years of accounting of Northern Leasing which they purchase

My husband and I used to use NORTHERN LEASING for the processing of our business's credit card transactions. We closed our account with Northern Leasing in 2008. The business was sold in 2010. My husband, who had been fighting cancer passed away later that year. We had kept the business account open as a convenience. On 3/4/2011 $64.47 was deducted from the account by SKS Associates. When I contacted their Customer Service Dept. I was informed that SKS Associates had acquired Northern Leasing. An audit had discovered that personal property tax had not been collected on the credit card terminal which we had leased from them. I had no previous contact with SKS Associates and the business no longer exists. I know I'm not the only one being ripped by these people.
