SKS Associates SKS debits account for 3yr old Northern Leasing Sign due to property tax not being paid New York, New York
29th of Mar, 2011 by User466184
Checking account was debited $117.90 by SKS Associates without permission. When called, they said it was due to Northern Leasing (company SKS aquired) did not pay property tax on a digital sign used by our small retail business. This buisness closed over 3 yrs ago. Filed a dispute at the bank, will close account so these people can not debit my account whenever they choose for any amount they want. I will join any class action suit against this company for this unlawful practice.
