SKS Associates Unauthorized withdrawal from bank account New York, New York

Unauthorized ACH withdrawal of $106.52 from business checking account. No notification/information received by mail or otherwise. We do not work with SKS, have not had a credit card machine in 10 years, & have not received notification - recently or in the past - of any amount owed. Disputing charge with our bank, SKS Associates, & SKS' bank (supposedly Metro Phoenix Bank.) Will try BBB next as well.

Same thing happened to me. I called their (SKS Associates) 866 number. They claim I owe processing fees $125 on a lease for a credit card terminal that I leased from Northern leasing. I made all 60 payments via my business account from 1999 to 2004 as agreed. They had my correct lease# & POB address. They indicated they were going to send me proof of the fees. I plan on disputing this with my bank.

Same thing happened to my mom. We just reported to the bank. If this has to do with a credit card machine then I don't understand, my parents paid off and gave back the machine years ago. Mom's charge was 121.12 on March 29.
