I Signed up during the summer for their special price on fuel for a year with a service contract ($119) so at the begining of the season i turned on the boiler, it needed bleeding, i was at work so asked my wife to call them and got charged $70,went to the office this morning and was told that the charge was because it had nothing to do with the boiler, this is a statement from a lady at the reception desk, the service person(after a very long wait) that was here for the job told me to call a plumber, rip the building appart and put in new pipes they cant be serious i dont know what to do with the tennats at this time i am seriously entertaing the idea of calling back my old company at about $0.25 more a gallon, i never would have been charged for that(by old company) and i don't have a service contract with them,
