I was threatened on 03-10-2011 from Angela Davis saying she is collecting from Payday Advance from 05-2008. That if I dont pay 495.66 over the phone that Us marshalls will be picking me up. Then she says she can file hardship papers on me saying that if I go to Walmart and get a money gram for 250.00 and wire to them I wont get arrested. Before I had this conversation she called and left a msg with my employer and called my mother whom lives in ILL twice that she would have me arrested if my mother would pay over the phone. I havent paid them one cent. I decided to google this co. and found out that they are a fraud. So I want to file a law suite for harrassing my mother and my employer and myself. No one should have to go through such things especially when the economy is so bad. Please help!!! Sincerely Nicole J.
