This company lied from the start, said they had the item shown online in stock and could ship within two days. The job I needed it for had a fixed deadline and when I told them they assured me they could get it to me ahead of the deadline. They did not! They also promised they would fully refund my invoice if I did not get it by the deadline. They refuse to talk to me! They say do a return on the website and lose 20% restock and freight. This Place Is A scam!

Customer above bought one spool of ropelight for 89.99 called 6-7 times a day during a move we posted on our site that we will not be shipping until wed the 9th it shipped on the 10th we did not scam him we were moving he got his order and exactly what he ordered we couldn't handle his calls on our toll free line that many times this absolutely a customer we wish never used us was under our minimum order requirements and would not stop out of 40, 000 customers here is the one
