We ordered a Solar wind turbine system for 25k from this company. When going through sales process service was great. Then they asked for 100% in full payment to be deposited directly into their Wells Fargo account. 1 month later they asked for information as the unit was sitting at the docks in San Diego, later, story changed, unit in transit, not sure when it will arrive, stall tactics, dodged phone calls, more stall tatics, then unanswered emails no return phone calls. In researching the Better Business Bureau has 3 other complaints of similar nature from October 2010 to March of this year. The complaints by BBB were closed as this company has a bogus address on their website saying they are in Wyoming-they use the strategy as BBB has "territories" San Diego forwards all their complaints to Wyoming territory. When we were purchasing items they had 5 address in different states, now just the Wyoming address. The BBB closed the complaint files and listed the company as "out of buisness" as the address they use is non-existent (Wy). They are doing business in San Diego, have a new store front (they have had 4 different address since we began working with them), no business license, no contrators license, no ficticious business name address. In researching the company the creator of this company died in 2005. His associate, Mr. Damian Guiterrez "took over the reins". This was current "owner" Crystal Phelps husband or significant other-not sure of relationahip as she has an alias of Gutierrez. She is all over twitter as the solar diva and ranks herself as having a contractors license and many degress. Ms. Phelps was our main contact, now when we call "she is on a jobsite" won't return calls or emails. We want our money back, would prefer what we ordered. We believe this company is a fraud and a cover to scam unsuspecting citizens for a big pay check. As soon as they get your money you get kicked to the curb and treated like something on the bottom of their shoe. Zero customer service, Zero customer compassion.

Solar electric Inc commits fraud, under investigation by FBI, Attorneys General in CA and Wyoming for taking money and not delivering goods. Crystal Phelps is a scam artist.
