this guy has been calling me and telling me that i took out a loan with sonic cash advance. i did not take one out. he told me he was going to put me in jail and that he sheriffs office will be here to pick me up and stuff, well i called my sheriffs dept. and local police about it. the local police called him and told him he was on the threat off harrassment if he does not quit calling me. well needless to say he quit but for how long? his name is antonio i have a voicemail and a email from him with three different names and numbers in the email. so what do i do? he says i have had a bank account with this one bank and i have never had a bank account there.

A man called me on the 19th, 20th, and 23rod of May. He left a message telling me I better call him now! He said that Sonic Cash Advance had filed a lawsuit against me. I have never taken out any loans with Sonic Cash in my life. I talked to this man on the phone, he claimed that he was an attorney and that I would be taken to court. He also said the sheriff was coming tomorrow morning at 11am to arrest me and put me in jail. I didn't end up in jail. The man had a deep accent and he was real hard to understand. I didn't know what he was talking about?! The man was really rude and said a couple of times...Good Luck! At the end he said, "Your going to jail!" After he said that he hung up. He's left about three messages so far, they all sound about the same. He sounded like he was calling from overseas.
