I was taken by a company called South Shore Real Solutions in Kingston MA. this deadbeat and his parrtner by the name Joseph Vasconcelos of Halifax MA and Michal Leone of Plymouth MA. promised to do a Loan modification. They new we were financed by a Credit Union and this would not happen. Took our $3000.00 dollars and disapperaed. Eventually contacted past employee of company and he said they did this to multitudes of people. Joe Vasconcelos would take the money and throw it into his etrade account and play the stock market with it. These two guys are scum, there have already been three additional people that have contact me with the same situation and there are many more where that came from. Small claims, Police Reports , media reports are all ahead. Avoid these two fakes. One of the people they ripped off was even on disability and she was trying to make her mortgage more affordable.

I have also dealt with this scumbag. I am chasing him to get my 3, 000 back from him. Report him to the KIngston police. I know they are working on a case in regards to him

Me too- single mom of three kids under 5 trying to save my house and he screwed me too. He preys on desperate people who'll do whatever it takes to be honest and pay their mortgages. It makes me physically sick. My affadavit went to the Kingston police the AG has an open case
