I hired WWW.SPARXITSOLUTION.COM over two years ago (08/20/2009) to design my website and create online design tools so my customers can design their signs, banners and decals online. I showed them some of my compeditors design tools and SPARXITSOLUTIONS.COM said they can design something just like that and even better. Prashant Sengar, the owner of the company called me several times to discuss the project in detai. Then he sent me a signed a contract saying all would be completed in 39 working days. After reviewing the contract I paid them $5160 USD to get started. It has now been over two years. After 100's of emails and online chats to get the project completed, it is still not Completed. Now they have stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. I also had to purchase clipart for the tool and even paid my employee to install them to the design tool. This cost me over $1000 and now they stopped work and kept the tool with my artwork. They refuse to refund me, stopped responding to my emails, and wont complete the job they agreed to complete. The total money I am requesting refunded is $6160 USD or finish what they promised in their signed contract.
