| I signed up through an InvestFest conference almost a year ago. Adam Ginsberg spoke and said over and over that it would be easy, easy, and take only a few minutes, his company creates the websites and except for a little work on your end the do it all. I paid 6k for this service and my husband is an IT guy- we were both excited. He guaranteed a refund if we were not satisfied- HA! What a bunch of lies! The videos and webinars were confusing and not helpful. It turned out to be exremely difficult to learn to do if you were new to this. Sure- if we knew social media inside out, it could be easy. but that criteria was never said. He emphasized over and over how easy it would be and anyone could do it. We tried numerous times to work through customer service- some were very nice but unknowledgeable and some were downright rude. For every tech support ticket we put in I think we got 1-2 responses total. Husband and I eventually learne about social media and realized how time intensive this would be. Hired two different IT social media people to do it and in one case the few sites we had createdwere a complete mess with inappropriate advertizing on them and many broken links. The second person, and I, could not even get into the sites. Customer service was nice, couldn't understand it and yep- you guessed it- put in a tech support ticket to which we never got a response. I complained profusely to Rainmaker (Bill Walsh) and Mike Lathigee (alliance investors) who put on investfest. Bill was nice and tried a little but eventually opted out. Mike never responded; one person did but never did anything. Adam sent me numrous verbally abusive emails and threatened lawsuits all over the place. Of course, I won't do anything with Rainmaker or Alliance either at this point, though in fairness to Mike, I did have one investment he recommended work out beautifully. The rest from Investfest- all busts, I'm sorry to say. Back to Speedlings: So to get the refund- we would have to continue to buy 30 sites a month, we found out, pay for extra services (which he never mentioned were extra) to keep them up and work it fully and THEN if they are not producing, maybe he will consider a refund. He said I lied about all the problems we had and our complaints, but all you have to do is Google him and see all the complaints from everyone. He is a very dangerous man; I'm not kidding. If any lawyer wants to try a lass action lawsuit please do contact me. But I can't sign my name- he is a dangerous man. Anonymous |

| Makes me feel a little bit better that your husband is an IT guy and he thought it was genuine. Yes I believe you when you said he is dangerous. I am in Melbourne, Australia and won a case against the Promotion Company through a Tribunal in Melbourne called VCAT. A guy in Sydney won his case and only spent $2, 000 and never used it when he realised it was a con. Ginsberg is very clever, very deceptive. I only bought the 20 websites and was not even tempted to spend more. Despite pushing people on the webinars to buy more. I don't trust anything in the internet anymore. I have a lawyer friend and I am going to try one other thing which he advised before I let it go. The promotion Company called Empowernet was the Promotion Company when I put my Application in to Vcat but another Company called Super Woman Group bought over Empowernet. Despite a Court Order I still have not got a refund. I warn everyone about Adam Ginsberg and hope that he goes to jail one day and that he never comes back to Australia. The authorities must know about him by now. Good luck with your case. Perhaps you don't always make money from websites? I don't know. Jennifer Hodgson |
