We wanted to rent a trailer for a family vacation. They advertised ont he internet and we did everything by email and phone. I over communicated and told them what kind of vehicle I had to tow the trailer. When I arrived the service guy said no way could I tow the trailer with a bumper hitch. I wanted to be safe so he and I called the owner. Disappointed but calm I said I'll do something different and you can refund my deposit. The owner said "I'll let you know tomorrow what we will do about your deposit". I said I was not comfortable. He had $1,350 from me and I did not have anything. The owner said "the more you talk to me the more it's going to cost you". Blown away I finally gave up talking to him and had another tow vehicle drive 2 hours to meet me. The joy continued. We took our family vacation and returned the trailed. They said it would take 5-8 days for me to get my $1,000 deposit back. Longer than I expected but I accepted it. 61 days later I finally got my deposit check after weeks of them not returning my calls, making promises and never sending my check. I finally got it when I drove 2 hours to their office and said I am hear to pick up my check. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and all along I was worried that they woudl steal from me and my money would be lost.

This is very consistent with the experience I had with them. Some individuals are nice but the owner runs the business like the customer is not important and they don't care about doing what's right. Watch out for your money. It's at risk if you do business with them.
