This "service" is supposed to clean up your computer. Once you pay the money and download it, they give you a number to call to register the product. When you call that, you are connected with an IT company that tires to sell you on an expensive clean up service after accessing your computer. After 20 minutes of this ande hearing about the outrageous price, I declined and then had a very hard time getting in touch with Speedy PC Pro. Ony e-mail questions were available. After researching, I finally found a number to call and got it rregistered. However, I found out that they automatically hit your credit car every 6 months for the same charge so it was not a one time purchase to do the job. The whole experience was BAD and i would caution everyone to stay away from this company.
