Spirit Airlines
Spirit Airlines gives you the screw job on their 9 doller Fare Club Ft Lauderdale, Florida
17th of Apr, 2011 by User377476
Spirit Airlines 9 dollar fare club is a joke. Im suprised that this companies bait and switch tactics are legal. The promise you a 9 dollar fare, then after all of the fees and taxes including a 35 dollar baggage fee each way the total ticket ends up over 150 dollars. Its a scam... Also if you join that club then they automatically charge you credit card $100 membership fee the next year. I called to cancel that yearly membership one day after it was billed to my credit card and it's "non-refundable" so they make you cancel the membership online that you paid for so you dont get billed yearly. Pretty much they screwed me on the $100 fee made me cancel it, took my $100 bucks off my credit card and now i dont even get to have the benefits of being in the 9 dollar fare club. the airline is horrible too worst leg room ive ever seen on a airplane.
