I have been a Sprint Customer for years now. I have been Loyal to them. I went into the Sprint Store at 8300 Gaylord Parkway in Frisco, Texas the day the IPHONE was released. I went into the store to see about upgrading two of my phones. I wanted to get an early upgrade. I walked in and it was busy! I spoke with a Manager Lead named Victoria, and a merchandise lead named Robert. Atleast that is what their name tags said. I told them what I was trying to do. Victoria and Robert explained that they were incredibly Busy. They explained to me that if I would call the Sprint Customer service number that they would glady give me an upgrade on two of my Lines. I was so excited. I went out and called Sprint service. It took forever to get through. When I did get through, I was already at home. The Customer service Lady said that I had been lied to. She said Victoria and Robert should have never promised me that. They just wanted to get me out of the store. I then called back to the store. An employee named Steven answered the phone. He yelled at me and told me my Problem was with Sprint Corporate Office. He would not let me talk to them. he yelled and then Hung Up. I have written Dan Hesse, The CEO of Sprint twice. He is too unprofessional to respond. You know the CEO in the commercials that acts like he cares? He is too stuck up and unprofessional to respond or make the situation right. I also wrote Robert H. Johnson, the President of Consumer Business for Sprint. I wrote Mr. Johnson twice. Again , too stuck up and too unprofessional to make the situation right. Mr. Dan Hesse and Mr. Robert Johnson could care less about doing the right thing and taking care of customers. Like Sprint, all they care is about Money and if You are under contract. Sprint should apologize, and honor their employees promises. They should upgrade the two lines I was promised would be upgraded. I will update this if they do the right thing!
