false information on website-failure to deliver product

I placed an online order for spyera internet gold on 10/29/2011. The website says the software will be available for immediate download after you place the order. Here is the exact quote off their web page-"You will be able to download INSTANTLY after ordering. Thanks for shopping with Spyera.com!" After placing my order a message came up saying the "order was under review". I checked and my credit card had been charged. Do NOT trust this company!

UPDATE- I received a receipt for my purchase 39 minutes after I made the purchase. I DID recieve the information to get the software, 1 hour and 21 minutes later. So if you have limited time, and you are planning on being able to get an "immediate download" as advertised on this website, you will be disappointed. You must order in advance.
I did send a request for additional information on the product prior to purchasing it, and I never received a response, (over 6 days ago), so that should have been a clue. I now have submitted a request to tech support on a problem I am having with one of the functions. I am not anticipating any better service with it quite frankly. I will supply an update if/when they respond.
